Class setup wizard

Build classes, the timetable and rosters in one guided pass.

Before you start

Students should already be on your roster.

  1. 1

    Start the wizard

    Do this

    Go to Class setup.

    You’ll see

    A progress bar showing how many steps are left.

  2. 2

    Name your classes

    Do this

    Add each period you teach with its semester.

    You’ll see

    Classes created as you go.

  3. 3

    Set the schedule

    Do this

    Pick the meeting days and times for each class.

    You’ll see

    A timetable assembling itself from your answers.

  4. 4

    Fill the rosters

    Do this

    Choose students for each class, or import them.

    You’ll see

    Each class showing its student count.

  5. 5

    Finish

    Do this

    Complete the wizard.

    You’ll see

    Classes, schedule and rosters all in place together.

    Tip: Come back any time — the wizard picks up where you left off.

You’re done when

The whole class structure is set without jumping between screens.
