SLOs & PPGs
Write the objective once and have the evidence already collected.
Before you start
You need testing or performance data for the group you are writing about.
- 1
Open SLOs & PPGs
Do this
Choose SLOs & PPGs in the sidebar.
You’ll see
Your objectives, plus your Professional Practice Goal alongside them.
- 2
Start an objective
Do this
Press New objective and pick the class, team or whole program it covers.
You’ll see
The wizard opens on the basics step.
- 3
Choose the measure
Do this
Pick a test or metric and how a student counts as meeting it — improve by a percentage of their own baseline, improve by an amount, reach a value, or reach the National target.
You’ll see
A live preview of how many students currently meet it.
- 4
Set the window and the bar
Do this
Choose the baseline and target dates, and the share of students who must meet it — 80%, 90%, whatever your department agreed.
You’ll see
Every student’s baseline and latest result read from data you already entered.
- 5
Add check-ups
Do this
Schedule periodic test dates.
You’ll see
Pace bars and trend lines showing who is on track and who needs a conversation.
- 6
Report at the end
Do this
Open the objective at the end of the window.
You’ll see
A per-student table — baseline, latest, change, met or not — with a one-click export for your evaluation evidence.
Tip: Your PPG lives on the same screen with its own actions and reflection log.
You’re done when
You have a defensible objective with the data behind it, exported and ready to hand in.
