Running a test day
Enter a whole class on a tablet and let the awards calculate themselves.
Before you start
A test event must exist and be attached to a group.
- 1
Open the event
Do this
Go to Fitness and click the test day.
You’ll see
Every student in the group with blank test columns.
- 2
Use the mass entry grid
Do this
Work down one test column at a time — curl-ups for everyone, then plank.
You’ll see
Cells fill in as you type, and each score is scored against the national target the moment you leave the cell.
- 3
Flag modified push-ups
Do this
Tick modified where a student used the knee variant.
You’ll see
The score is judged on the right scale instead of being penalised.
- 4
Watch the awards land
Do this
Look at the award column beside each name.
You’ll see
Presidential, National or Participation, worked out by age and gender.
Tip: Enter one test station at a time as the class rotates; nothing needs to be finished in one sitting.
- 5
Close the day
Do this
Mark the event finished.
You’ll see
Results roll into class averages, trends and the year-end report.
You’re done when
Every student is tested and scored before they leave the gym.
